About The Position

We are looking for our first Strategic Finance Analyst to help build the financial foundation that supports Brodie's next stage of growth. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing company at a pivotal stage and play a foundational role in shaping how financial decisions are made across the business. As one of the first hires within our FP&A function, you'll have the opportunity to build systems, develop reporting frameworks, and create the tools that help drive strategic growth. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance, you will play a key role in financial modeling, budgeting, scenario planning, cash flow forecasting, reporting, and the implementation of AI-powered finance tools. You'll work closely with senior leaders across the organization, helping translate data into actionable insights that support business performance and long-term growth. This role offers significant exposure to strategic finance initiatives, including treasury, investor reporting, capital planning, and future expansion opportunities as the company scales. If you're excited by building from the ground up, leveraging technology and AI, and making a visible impact in a high-growth environment, we'd love to hear from you.
