• Serve as IT liaison for BW Outreach efforts

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing leadership of the IT Strategic Plan, creating consistent methodology for assessing performance and measuring how outcomes drive towards BW’s strategic goals.
• In partnership with Strategic Portfolio Leader, lead the business case development and financial estimates of the portfolio management and continuous improvement processes, leading to the prioritization and selection/approval of critical investments.
• Lead management of portfolio of AI projects, driving clear business cases with platform counterparts that outline rationale for AI decisions. Provide ongoing idea generation and leadership for AI projects to ensure BW is continuing to enhance how AI is enabling impact across the organization.
• Partner with IT finance team to improve reporting/planning for People, run, and discretionary expenses. Create clarity on how IT investments align with BW strategies and drive enterprise value.
• Closely collaborate on BW Outreach efforts (with team members like Brian Wellinghoff, Shelby Wisniewski, and others), supporting continued sharing of the BW message and supporting our “Everybody Matters” goals.
