About the Role
We're looking for an exceptional Strategic Finance Lead to join our team as a right-hand partner to our Head of Finance and Department Leads. In this critical role, you'll help drive our next phase of growth by supporting strategic decision-making and leading key financial and operational initiatives. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and finance in a fast-moving, mission-driven company.

Requirements

• 4 - 6 years in investment banking, consulting, private equity, growth equity, venture capital or strategic finance at a high-growth startup
• Exceptional work ethic and bias toward action
• Relentless attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proactive mindset with strong business judgment
• Direct communication style with ability to drive results through influence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with startup hours

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Head of Finance and CEO to drive strategic financial planning, decision-making, and fundraising efforts
• Support the development and execution of financial strategy, resource allocation, and growth initiatives, especially across GTM and Operations
• Partner cross-functionally to drive analysis, build financial models, and recommend business decisions across areas such as business expansion, pricing and packaging and capital efficiency
• Drive financial discipline across the organization, ensuring accuracy in all financial data and operations
• Track and optimize key operating metrics including revenue retention, profitability margins, and unit economics
