About The Position

Tribe AI is an AI-native services company that helps enterprises build and deploy best-in-class AI products. We are looking for a strategic finance leader to join our team. Tribe is growing rapidly and is profitable, and we need someone to turn this momentum into a rigorously planned, metrics-driven business. The role reports directly to the CEO and will act as an extension of the CEO, building the company financial model, establishing the planning and metrics cadence for the leadership team, and serving as the analytical lead for the entire company. This is a hands-on role from day one.

Requirements

• Strong financial foundation: experience in banking, private equity, or growth-stage VC, and you know your way around a financial model.
• Experience in biz ops or strategic finance at a high-growth startup (Series B and beyond) and know what hypergrowth feels like from the inside.
• More than FP&A: you don't just run the model — you orient the cadence of the entire business around it and drive decisions with it.
• Hands-on and high-leverage: you do the work yourself and don't need headcount before you can be effective.
• Energized by ambiguity: nothing here is settled, everything is a puzzle, and you find that exciting rather than stressful.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the company financial model and forecast.
• Establish the core metrics, reporting cadence, and planning rigor the business runs on.
• Serve as the company's analytical lead: resource allocation, strategy, and execution planning across every function.
• Tell the Tribe story in numbers to investors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Extend into operational and go-to-market strategy — capacity planning, pricing, unit economics — work that today sits with our GTM lead and belongs in this seat.
