About The Position

This is not a traditional corporate finance role. As Finance & Corporate Development Associate, you will serve as a strategic financial leader inside a rapidly scaling, private‑equity‑backed healthcare platform. You will own high-impact initiatives across M&A, financial planning, capital markets, and Board-level communication—while helping build the financial infrastructure needed for Aesthetic Partners’ next stage of growth. This role combines hands-on analytical depth with executive-level strategic exposure. You will work directly with the Founders, CFO, Head of Corporate Development, VP of FP&A, and private equity partners, shaping decisions that drive enterprise value. If you’re energized by complex transactions, strategic problem solving, and building high-performance financial systems within a fast-growing organization, this role is an exceptional fit.
