About The Position

Samsara is seeking a motivated, highly organized team player to own the company’s global sponsorship strategy. This role will drive end-to-end sponsorship revenue and partner engagement, focusing on outbound sponsorship sales, deal negotiation, and execution across major events like Samsara Beyond and other event portfolios. The goal is to expand and scale a high-impact global sponsorship program. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and possess a strong understanding of sponsorship strategy and sales execution, ensuring a seamless and high-value experience for sponsors from onboarding through post-event engagement. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US, excluding the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships, event management, or B2B sales-focused roles
  • Experience driving revenue or commercial outcomes through client or partner relationships
  • Strong relationship-building skills with experience working with senior stakeholders or external partners
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, events, and operational teams to deliver programs or initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Own Samsara’s global sponsorship strategy and revenue across major event programs, including Samsara’s customer conference, conference roadshows, and Safety Summits
  • Develop scalable sponsorship packages and pricing models to support program expansion and long-term growth
  • Drive outbound sponsorship sales, pipeline development, negotiation, and delivery against annual sponsorship targets (50+ sponsors)
  • Build and execute targeted outreach and conversion strategies in collaboration with Partner Account Manager and cross-functional teams
  • Serve as the primary sponsor point of contact from prospecting through post-event, ensuring a seamless, high-value partner experience and strong engagement across co-marketing and activations
  • Lead end-to-end execution of sponsorship deliverables across events, ensuring a best-in-class sponsor experience from onboarding through activation and on-site presence
  • Strengthen and evolve the sponsorship program by identifying new opportunities, optimizing offerings, and enhancing overall sponsor engagement and event impact
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
