As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a 4 phased program to learn every aspect of our business from shipping and receiving, to warehousing and fulfillment, to sales, operations, purchasing, account management and everything in between. Phase 1 -Warehouse and Customer Service: A focus on inventory management, warehousing procedures, project quoting, invoicing, shipping and receiving, returns management and customer service, e-channel fulfillment and SLA performance. Phase 2 – Supplier Relationships and Procurement: A focus on problem solving, relationship building and bridging customers and vendors needs, data analysis and demand forecasting, supplier development and managing world class service across the board. Phase 3 – Account Management and Proactive Sales: A focus on business development, channel development, and sourcing sales, expanding the customer base of the business and creating strong customer and supplier partnerships. Phase 4 – Leadership and Operations: A focus on developing leadership competencies, supporting the team through coaching and mentoring, and setting vision and strategy.
