The Community Health Services Division is seeking a Strategic Development Analyst (Strategic Planning & Compliance Manager) to provide high-level professional expertise, analysis, strategic planning, policy direction, compliance oversight, operational analysis, and project management for the Health Care for the Homeless Network (HCHN), its contracted partners and its Street Medicine Program. This will be a new and critical role on the HCHN senior leadership team under the direction of the HCHN Regional Health Administrator. This position serves as a key strategic leader supporting the long-term sustainability, operational efficiency, compliance readiness, growth, and strategic direction of the HCHN Street Medicine team, and contracted network. The Strategic Development Analyst will work closely with HCHN Leadership, Divisional and Departmental Leadership, and Contracted and Community partners to align strategic priorities and strengthen systems of care supporting people experiencing homelessness. This role will provide oversight of strategic planning initiatives, program and operational compliance, financial sustainability planning, staffing and operational efficiency analysis, funding and procurement strategy development, and program growth and expansion efforts. The Strategic Development Analyst will supervise the Grants and Resources Administrator and provide leadership, technical assistance, and strategic direction related to grant development, procurement initiatives, compliance activities, funding alignment, and resource development strategies. Successful candidates will have high-level leadership acumen and interagency and community-based coordination experience driving policy and programming to improve public health outcomes for people experiencing homelessness. This position will work in the Healthcare for the Homeless program. We are a multi-disciplinary team of subject matter experts who work closely together towards our mission of serving the most vulnerable people in our community. Health Care for the Homeless Network contracts with 16 community-based agencies to provide medical, mental health, substance use disorder, and case management services to vulnerable homeless individuals and families in Seattle and King County. Services are provided in shelters, day centers, on the street, and in other locations where homeless people congregate. HCHN also operates the Street Medicine Team, with 4 field-based teams providing health care to people experiencing homelessness.
