About The Position
Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Strategic Customer Support Representative - Pump and Power. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, focusing on understanding their needs, providing equipment solutions, negotiating and closing rental or sale deals, and processing customer contracts. The primary goal is to maximize sales revenue and exceed customer expectations through exceptional service. Success is measured by contributing to business goals, driving sales, ensuring positive customer experiences, achieving operational excellence, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role required.
- Sales skills and customer service focus.
- Computer proficiency with MS applications.
- Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more.
- Working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
Nice To Haves
- Wynne experience a plus.
- Equipment Rental/Emergency Response experience preferred.
