Yoodli is the AI roleplay simulator redefining how individuals and teams master communication. We are building a new category called Experiential Learning: a new AI-powered category that helps people learn through conversational roleplays. We've raised $40M in Series B funding, are doubling our team in 2026, and are headquartered at the beautiful Pier 70 in Seattle. As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will take ownership of driving the success of some of Yoodli's highest-value enterprise accounts. You'll own a portfolio of our most strategic enterprise customers, driving adoption, business outcomes, renewal readiness, and expansion in tight partnership with Sales, Product, and Leadership.
