AlertMedia is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to own and manage AlertMedia’s most complex and high-value customer relationships. This role focuses on a smaller number of strategic accounts with significantly higher Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), providing the highest level of partnership. The Strategic CSM will work closely with Executive and Senior Leadership, Implementation, Customer Support, Marketing, Product, and Sales Teams to execute strategic guidance, drive adoption, conduct effective Business Reviews, and support customer health, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate approaches each relationship with a "partnership" mentality and employs a consultative and tailored approach to ensure customers successfully meet their goals.
