About The Position

The Consultant is responsible for delivering quality consulting, project management and support services to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, as an individual contributor or a team member. This role involves providing strategic consulting expertise in support of strategic TA / HR project work and across SI partners, following appropriate delivery methodologies and promoting industry best practices. The consultant will be responsible for delivering high quality execution and completion rates on all client engagements, and developing and/or implementing effective change management strategies, including communications, testing and training programs. The role also requires functional process and design support to understand the current and desired future state of people, process, and technology to deliver strategic recommendations, successful project outcomes, and/or system implementations. Gathering feedback to accurately assess business requirements, pain points and gaps is crucial for facilitating best practice recommendations. The consultant must remain versatile, effective, and continually seek to deepen consulting skills. Additionally, the role involves contributing to and supporting a positive team environment, providing and accepting feedback, and contributing to broader business goals by attending, participating and collaborating in all relevant company meetings and initiatives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Client-facing experience supporting full life cycle of project/program execution following established technology implementation methodology.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting client facing talent acquisition implementations with progressive responsibility.
  • A minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience implementing, optimizing, and supporting end-to-end TA / HR functions and systems including prospect engagement, sourcing, recruiting, analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability supporting the successful implementation of technology solutions.
  • Experience with development and implementation of change management, communications, testing, and training collateral.
  • Experience with SmartRecruiters is required.
  • Deep understanding of best practices relating to organizational design, resource productivity, metrics and reporting, technology, recruitment programs and policies, and process optimization.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, and other related software.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • other system experience desireable: Paradox, Workday, SAP, Oracle.
