As a communications specialist on our team, you’ll develop creative solutions to complex problems. Your self-guided yet collaborative spirit will shape and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients to drive new capabilities and processes. As the organizational advisor of all aspects of verbal and written communications, you’ll oversee and author capability briefs, standard operating procedures for new applications and tools, and website content. Your creative-thinking and business-oriented mindset will guide your client to inform key audiences through words, images, and sound. Requirements

Experience developing strategic communication plans, executive-level materials, or training materials
Knowledge of Agile processes
Ability to coordinate requirements with multiple stakeholders
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
Ability to brief senior leadership
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Experience working in classified environments for defense clients
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and IT- related topics such as cloud environments, systems availability, and data management
Ability to manage a team
Bachelor's degree in a Communications or IT- related field
PMP or Security+ Certification
