About The Position

The Strategic Communications Project Lead will oversee communications projects from intake through completion, ensuring clear timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple audiences, including donors, alumni, ministry partners, and internal stakeholders. This role serves as the central coordinator for writers, designers, vendors, and campus teams, managing projects such as newsletters, mass emails, publications, web content, marketing materials, and event communications. The position ensures brand alignment, supports major initiatives and events, leverages tools like Monday.com and Microsoft platforms, and continuously improves workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities are expected to evolve in scope and complexity as the communications department scales and institutional initiatives expand.

Responsibilities

  • Manage communications projects from intake through completion, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and expectations are clear.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, workflows, and production schedules.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between writers, designers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee communications projects supporting donors, alumni, ministry partners, Leadership Institute, and internal audiences.
  • Coordinate deliverables for newsletters, mass emails, publications, marketing materials, and web content.
  • Support communications planning and execution for major events.
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across platforms.
  • Utilize tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, Canva, and Adobe platforms.
  • Improve internal processes to increase clarity, speed, and effectiveness.
  • Affirm and uphold the Statement of Faith and the Core Values and DNA of the College, exemplifying all by word and lifestyle.
