About The Position

Pax8 is hiring a Strategic Change Manager in the United States to lead enterprise transformation programs that accelerate adoption, unlock value, and help our people thrive through change. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how transformation lands — not just how it’s delivered. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and behavior change, guiding leaders through pivotal decisions and turning complex enterprise implementations into clear, adoptable ways of working. As Pax8 continues its AI journey, you’ll help teams embrace new technology with confidence — growing alongside innovation, not chasing it.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading complex, high-value change programs in fast-moving environments with uncertainty and competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, strengthen sponsorship, and guide decision-making with options, trade-offs, and clear recommendations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise implementations — translating delivery plans into adoption-ready change journeys for employees.
  • Confidence using data and insight to define adoption metrics, monitor progress, and course-correct with practical interventions.
  • Strong facilitation and communication craft — able to create executive-ready materials and run sessions that land with clarity and purpose.
  • Comfort collaborating across teams — driving alignment, accountability, and momentum without relying on formal authority.
  • Familiarity with program and project tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with adequate, secure, and private internet service.
  • Must hold valid right to work in United States.

Nice To Haves

  • A change management certification such as Prosci or Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) – Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience); MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design change strategies that stick — build practical, people-first approaches that drive adoption across enterprise initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leaders and program teams — shape sponsorship, strengthen alignment, and turn ambiguity into action.
  • Map stakeholders and build momentum — identify supporter communities and activate innovators and early adopters to build real pull for change.
  • Anticipate resistance and unblock progress — surface friction early, assess risk, and recommend interventions that keep delivery moving.
  • Create executive-ready communications — craft clear narratives, materials, and facilitation plans that help leaders make decisions and lead confidently.
  • Define and track adoption success — set meaningful metrics, monitor outcomes, and continuously improve change approaches based on insight.
  • Drive cross-functional accountability — bring structure, pace, and shared ownership across stakeholders to land successful implementation outcomes.
  • Support key moments in the business — travel may be required during planning and/or quarterly business times.
