Oversee and drive the end-to-end execution of strategic change initiatives, from concept through post-execution measurement. This includes gathering and creating business requirements, performing impact analysis, end-to-end user testing, pilot/national roll out planning, supporting execution activities such as communications and change management, and tracking success metrics. Liaise between business, technology, operations, and field service teams to deliver platform solutions and new process creation. Lead conversations across multiple stakeholder groups; freely developing networks, building consensus, and prioritizing deliverables clearly and effectively to manage a multi-faceted roadmap. Perform business analysis, create detailed technology requirements (use-cases, user stories, or any other artifacts) and provide subject matter expertise to embed technology solutions and business strategies to current platforms and operating models. Effectively navigate the complexities of delivering new and enhanced software/applications, ensuring alignment with business needs, risk controls, and technology architecture. Creation of presentation decks for socialization with a wide range of stakeholders, business partners, and senior management. Communicate updates on project timelines and report key milestones to stakeholders and internal leadership. Establish and shape governance frameworks designed to support prioritization decisions and manage program risk. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
