Job Summary: As a Change Management Vice President in the Chief Administrative Office (CAO), you will set the vision for how we manage change to achieve desired outcomes across key CAO initiatives and ensure that our employees are prepared for changes. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, partner closely with senior leaders to craft change management strategies, and advise them through the execution of change plans across communications, content, learning, marketing, and measurement. You will also be responsible for building a repeatable process and tool for project pipeline management, including intake, tiering, and tracking.
