About The Position

Strategic Pricing, Vice President The Opportunity: Lead and transform the pricing organization, both strategically and operationally, to drive growth. Lead a team responsible for pricing and cost estimating across the US government, commercial, and international markets, as well as for new advanced technology products. Drive the organizational construct and align pricing capabilities to the complexity and priorities of the company. Lead talent management, develop pricing and cost-estimating strategies, ensure compliance with a DCMA-approved cost-estimating system, and oversee commer cia l product pricing. Work closely with leadership, colleagues and stakeholders to identify and maximize opportunities to leverage pricing capabilities to achieve the company’s business objectives.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience with developing competitive price proposals for US federal government contracts and commercial technology in a professional work environment
  • 10+ years of experience developing pricing strategies to best position an advanced technology organization to be competitive in both government and commercial markets
  • 10+ years of experience with successfully managing and leading large pricing functions with responsibility for recruiting, including developing and retaining professional staff
  • Experience in developing tools, methodologies, and portfolio delivery for new commercial and international markets
  • Experience with the commercialization of new technology products
  • Experience with all aspects of price and cost proposal preparation, including business risks, pricing strategies, and estimating practices for the US government and commercial enterprises
  • Experience with developing or delivering price strategy presentations or analyses and training to executives and key decision makers
  • Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally within a matrixed environment to drive a transformational agenda with business and sector leadership, and across all functional stakeholders such as PTW, contracts, subcontracts, finance, law, or people services
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
