About The Position

At TD SYNNEX, strategy only matters when it turns into results. As a Strategic Business Manager III (SBM III), you will play a critical role in scaling strategy into execution —translating priorities into clear sales plays, impactful enablement, and partner‑ready programs that drive adoption, activation, and revenue growth. This role sits at the center of strategy, sales, and partner engagement. You will lead the development of “ what to sell now ” motions, helping sellers and partners focus on the right opportunities at the right time. By aligning vendor programs, TD SYNNEX investments, and partner execution, you’ll unlock incremental revenue and accelerate go‑to‑market success. The SBM III is a highly collaborative, execution‑oriented role ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex strategies into simple, actionable guidance that field teams can immediately use.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in business management, sales enablement, partner programs, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, incentive structures, and funding programs.
  • Proven experience building and delivering sales plays, enablement content, and training programs.
  • Ability to translate complex strategies into simple, actionable guidance for sellers and partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging field and partner audiences.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Vendor teams.
  • Highly organized, with a strong execution mindset and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption, influence outcomes, and change behavior at scale.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure program effectiveness and ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business strategy, product availability, and market priorities into clear, actionable sales plays.
  • Develop “what to sell now” content, including partner‑ready messaging, playbooks, and frameworks.
  • Design and deliver enablement programs such as webinars, training sessions, and on‑demand content.
  • Guide sellers and partners on how to maximize vendor and TD SYNNEX funding, incentives, and programs.
  • Identify opportunities to unlock incremental revenue through program stacking, incentives, and targeted motions.
  • Drive consistent, high‑impact communication through newsletters, announcements, and field updates.
  • Partner closely with Strategic Business Managers, Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure aligned execution.
  • Build scalable enablement frameworks that allow successful motions to be replicated across teams and partners.
  • Track enablement effectiveness, adoption, and performance; refine programs based on data, feedback, and ROI.
  • Support field teams with practical, easy‑to‑execute guidance that removes friction from the sales process.
  • Lead partner engagement initiatives that strengthen relationships and improve go‑to‑market execution.
  • Ensure strong alignment between strategy, enablement, and sales outcomes.
