This role provides critical support to various assessment initiatives, including the JECC Campaign Plan (CP), USTRANSCOM Combatant Command Campaign Plan (CCP), the Annual Joint Assessment (AJA), and Quarterly Availability Table submissions. The analyst will be responsible for developing and revising assessment plans, ensuring alignment with higher headquarters' strategic documents, and conducting data quality assurance. This position requires strong critical thinking, excellent briefing and writing skills, proficiency in data extraction and analysis from digital platforms, and experience with quantitative and qualitative analytic techniques. The analyst will also contribute to the JECC Annual History Report, incorporate lessons learned and readiness reporting, and develop trend analyses and recommendations. Additionally, the role involves supporting USTRANSCOM CCP assessments, preparing briefing materials, and providing subject matter expertise for various planning events, war games, and exercises. Support extends to consolidating strategic lessons learned from JECC strategic engagement OAIs to inform the joint force and joint staff.
