This position will strengthen Pye-Barker’s internal communications, elevate leadership visibility, and activate an ownership culture that fulfills the promise of the ALL In Employee Ownership Program. While integrating closely with the Marketing and Brand team, this role will collaborate with Leadership and all service and operations teams to translate strategy and change into clear, inspiring, and consistent communication across all levels.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in internal, employee, or corporate communications; experience in a distributed or field-based organization strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into clear, human-centered communication.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across print, digital, and video channels.
  • Light graphic design skills (use of Canva, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proven project management and stakeholder-coordination skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and/or intranet platforms.
  • Comfort working in a fast-growing, acquisition-driven company.
  • Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional standing, walking, and meeting facilitation across sites.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing on the ALL Insider culture newsletter, annual Great Place to Work certification process, and team member recognition/awards.
  • Integrate Purpose language “from walls to halls”, reinforcing the language through demonstrated initiatives.
  • Support the internal communication of the “What Matters” Social Impact Platform across its three pillars of Team Member Care, Community Care and Risk Prevention.
  • Plan and support milestone campaigns.
  • Support company awards and recognition programs.
  • Help spearhead a process for team member idea collection, curation, and adoption.
  • Expand peer-to-peer and customer recognition storytelling across internal platforms.
  • Capture stories of successful equipment deployment/craft “Protection” storytelling.
  • Sustain or improve employee engagement and communication trust scores.
  • Collaborate effectively with operational and field offices.
  • Maintain a cadence of high-quality communication channels.
  • Visible leadership alignment and employee understanding of priorities and purpose.
  • Idea-sharing participation and recognition touchpoints.
  • Demonstrate progress toward embedding ownership culture across the organization.
