About The Position

Serve as a JSOC Strategic All Source Senior Intelligence Analyst at Fort Bragg, NC, with responsibility for receiving, processing, disseminating, and responding to strategic and operational level (not tactical) intelligence requests and requirements for the GCC AOR planning initiatives. Perform research, analysis, and evaluation and provide input to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually generated reports and briefings. Maintain strategic and operational level intelligence data bases for future requirements. Maintains contact with strategic and operational level counterparts throughout the intelligence community and Interagency. Evaluate correctness and accuracy of intelligence information. Provide contingency planners with critical strategic and operational level intelligence assessments and estimates during routine and contingency planning. Establish long-range plans to satisfy intelligence shortfalls within a functional area of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 8-10 years of related all source intelligence analysis experience.
  • Strategic and operational level intelligence experience.
  • Futures experience.
  • Advanced management and organizational skills.
  • Experience overseeing and producing intelligence-related products at the action officer level.
  • Analytical, planning, coordination, negotiation, and directing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare/analyze strategic and operational level intelligence products.
  • Ability to brief Senior Officers in large audiences.
  • Knowledge of and credibility within the Special Operations and interagency community.
  • Comprehensive and complete understanding of National Intel policy and support organizations, Geographical Combatant Commands, USSOCOM, and TSOCs.
  • Extensive and recent SOF experience as an All Source Analyst focused on GCC AORs and high priority countries where SOF routinely operates.
  • Thorough understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Competence on Intel Databases to include S3/M3.
  • Top Secret clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) is required.
