Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, strategic account management, consulting, growth, operations, or a comparable high-ownership role.
  • Proven experience owning client relationships or high-ownership internal work, with the ability to close action items, drive alignment, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong analytical instincts, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, extract signal from data, and formulate recommendations.
  • Concise and structured thinking, with the ability to defend a point of view.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to operate without a playbook, building one as you go.
  • Demonstrated ownership and a track record of finishing tasks with high quality.
  • AI-native curiosity, with serious use of AI in personal work and a desire to advance AI's role in customer operations.
  • Curiosity about industries such as industrial distribution, manufacturing, automotive, and healthcare.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write effectively and explain complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer outcomes, owning customer health, expansion signals, and risk resolution across accounts.
  • Escalate strategic decisions to Strategic AI Partners.
  • Own customer work across the lifecycle, running workshops and POC delivery in the pilot phase.
  • Drive QBRs, executive briefings, and account planning in the post-pilot phase.
  • Lead and coach Growth Analysts responsible for zero-to-one pilot delivery.
  • Translate customer signals into product feedback to shape product development.
  • Contribute to building and refining templates, trackers, and playbooks for the Strategic AI Partner team.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed for in-person work.
