Yaskawa is currently seeking a Strategic Account Representative for our Semiconductor OEM business. In this hybrid role, you will monitor customer request dates and forecasts and work closely with demand planning and supply chain management to expedite products and as necessary, work with engineering to find acceptable alternative products, communicate items ready to ship and determine desired shipping requirements with customer. Create customs invoices and labels, update customer portal as well as coordinate shipping needs such as air, boat, etc. to fill orders more efficiently. In this high visibility role, you will work closely with Yaskawa Japan regarding orders, forecasts, changes and expedite requests. Represent Inside Sales in weekly production planning meetings and assist demand-planning efforts through system and transaction maintenance, forecasting and monitoring of stock as well as via demand planning meetings. Monitors sales booking and billings in relationship to backlog and forecasts and work with outside sales team to maintain current and capture new business. This is a demanding role and requires someone with the schedule flexibility for evening meetings several times a month, handle pressure situations with changing requirements and deadlines, while focused on favorable solutions for all.
