About The Position

ZeroFox is on the hunt for a driven, high-energy Strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Strategic Customer Accounts and Channel Alliances teams. In this role, you’ll focus on generating pipeline across strategic enterprise accounts while also working closely with our channel, OEM, and alliance partners. You’ll help identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts, coordinate partner-led meetings, and drive outbound outreach that connects us with key decision-makers across both direct and partner-influenced opportunities. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development or outbound prospecting (tech experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and break into new accounts
  • Experience working with or supporting channel, OEM, or alliance motions is a plus
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft)
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Make calls, send targeted emails, and leverage social selling to engage strategic customer accounts and partner-influenced prospects
  • Generate and qualify pipeline across strategic customer accounts, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Coordinate and support meetings between prospects and ZeroFox Channel Managers, including partner-led introductions where applicable
  • Work closely with Strategic Account Managers and Channel/OEM Alliances teams to align on account strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support pipeline generation
  • Manage and update CRM data accurately to track outreach, conversations, and opportunities
  • Present tailored messaging that resonates with enterprise stakeholders and partner audiences

  • Total annual compensation 80,000+ (Base Salary + Commissions)
