As a Growth SDR, you'll sit at the center of our go-to-market motion, working across sales, marketing, and strategy to generate pipeline and help shape how we grow. This role is designed as a launchpad into high-growth careers in Account Executive, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, and Product & GTM.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with subscription-based or recurring revenue models is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified pipeline by booking discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Influence messaging and outbound strategy
  • Work with real-time buying signals and modern sales tools
  • Gain exposure to pricing, deal construction, and sales operations
  • Identify and engage high-value accounts using data, intent signals, and research
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and campaigns
  • Help shape account entry strategies and outreach sequences
  • Support AEs by assisting with quotes and proposals alongside our Strategic Pricing department
  • Track and optimize outreach performance to improve conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data across CRM and sales tools
