About The Position

AutoFi is seeking a customer-centric Strategic Accounts Executive with dealership expertise to manage a Book of Business in a regional area. This role involves significant onsite dealer visits (average of 4 days a week) and requires approximately 50% overnight travel to foster strong partner relationships. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of dealership variable operations, including Finance & Insurance, Sales, Sales Management, and their associated processes, software, and performance reporting systems. A practical grasp of best-practice digital sales processes, operating practices, deal desking, vendor integrations, and CRM/DMS software tools is essential. Previous experience with Automotive Software Vendors, managing dealership accounts, and integrating software platforms and processes with Vehicle Sales Teams is highly valued. The role includes providing training on best practices, managing ongoing dealer relationships, ensuring increased adoption, driving transactions, and maintaining retention and satisfaction. The executive must be comfortable communicating with a wide range of dealership personnel, from Sales People to Dealer Principals, as well as C-Suite executives and Manufacturers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a Book of Business in a regional area.

  • Integrate software platform and processes into dealerships with Vehicle Sales Teams (Sales People, Sales Managers Internet/BDC, and F&I Managers).
  • Provide training and insight on best practices to leverage and drive dealer business.
  • Own the ongoing relationship with dealers, including KPIs for increased adoption, driving transactions, ensuring retention, and delivering satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, Sales People, Sales Managers, Dealer Principals, C-Suite, and Manufacturers.
