About The Position

The Strategic Accounts Director is a strategic sales leader responsible for driving net-new enterprise client acquisition through targeted outreach and integrated solution selling. Growth requires consultative selling to senior executives across all sectors and solving complex business challenges. Success is measured by sales revenue, client acquisition, and alignment with One10’s strategic growth goals. Demonstrates a hunter mentality with a passion for solving customer challenges and creating long-term value. Builds and maintains senior-level relationships across internal teams and client organizations. Partners with Sales Enablement, Product, to propose winning solutions. Acts as the “face of One10,” leading initial engagement and establishing executive credibility with prospective clients. Identifies and penetrates new markets aligned with One10’s growth strategy while meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Maintains deep market intelligence on industry shifts, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies. Sets client engagement standards in collaboration with Client Services. Qualifies inbound leads and proactively generates outbound demand through networking, referrals, and social selling. Allocates internal resources to maximize strategic alignment and ROI. Leads account teams by example, fostering open communication, trust, and a performance-driven culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing and/or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years in enterprise business development, technology sales, or strategic marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent strategic, conceptual, and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to translate client needs and expectations into innovative strategy and effective solutions
  • Ability to travel as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B loyalty, incentive, recognition, or SaaS preferred
  • Sales Training a plus
