About The Position
Lead the growth and expansion of high-value OEM accounts within a contract manufacturing company specializing in sheet metal fabrication and welding. Focus on building long-term partnerships, securing major production programs, and increasing revenue.
Requirements
- 12–20+ years of contract manufacturing sales or strategic account experience
- Direct sheet metal fabrication and welding experience required
- Proven success securing complex OEM production programs
- Strong understanding of fabrication, welding, materials, and manufacturing operations
- Strong executive presence and strategic business development skills
- Direct contract manufacturing experience
Nice To Haves
- Machining experience is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Acquire and grow strategic OEM customers
- Develop long-term manufacturing agreements
- Build relationships with senior customer executives
- Lead pricing and contract negotiations
- Expand business across multiple programs and product lines
