The Strategic Account Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution and pull-through of strategic account contracts across assigned priority accounts, including high-volume aesthetic practices, multi-location clinics, key customer targets, and key opinion leader accounts. This role reports to the Director of Strategic Accounts and works closely with Strategic Account Managers to expand Letybo utilization across all contracted and assigned locations, increase market share, and support a high-touch customer experience. This is not a transactional inside sales role. The Strategic Account Specialist acts as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to customers, helping identify barriers to adoption, utilization, patient flow, treatment mix, staff engagement, and overall practice performance. Success requires strong commercial instincts, disciplined follow-through, relationship-building skills, and the ability to coordinate internal resources that help accounts launch, grow, and sustain product utilization.
