Responsibilities

  • Set strategy, analyze, and assess client satisfaction and operational contract data, and negotiate contractual policy for NSM as a partner to high priority facilities.
  • Builds reports to analyze and monitor NSM performance in line with facility expectations and agreements. Identifies trends and reviews with NSM facility staff and Operations leaders. Prepares performance review materials for facilities on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis.
  • Assists with development of facility communication materials to drive value, differentiation, and contracting activities.
  • Assist with facility escalations if/as needed and works directly with appropriate operations leaders toward resolution, and/or escalates to senior leaders when appropriate.
  • Customer coordination and communication with client and family members streamline process of obtaining the prescribed equipment and quickly addressing issues and/or complications
  • Establishes and maintains close working relationships with Funding and Supply Chain teams to resolve authorization and product shipping issues.
  • Maintain facility intelligence on evolution of operational strategies in the luminary clinic environment industry and evaluate opportunities to expand and adapt NSM policies to keep pace or outpace industry changes.
  • Develop in coordination with Funding and Field Ops, reports on product mix optimization and contract performance.
  • Builds relationships with key facility contacts to schedule and manage regular in-services for therapists/NSM facility staff.
  • Collaborates with NSM and Facility leadership to process miscellaneous and single-case work orders requiring additional review.
  • This position may lead a small team, managing performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • May assist with interviewing final candidates, training, and motivating staff to achieve the objectives of the organization.
  • Meet regularly with facility director(s) to report progress, listen to feedback, and communicate updates from NSM
  • Coordinate scheduling, work order management, and equipment movement for facility ATPs, techs, FS, & CSSs to ensure all work is being anticipated and completed within the facilities expectations.
  • Maintain multiple work sites at the branch, facilities, and remote as needed
  • Lead weekly meetings with individual facility teams, reviewing progress and escalating areas for attention
