The Strategic Account Manager will be an individual contributor responsible for managing client relationships across multiple brands and verticals. You will become a trusted advisor with clients to understand their business goals, how our services help them achieve those goals and be proactive in presenting Key Performance Indicators on the success and opportunities for each client. As the main point of contact for those clients assigned, you will provide strategic recommendations to optimize our efforts and campaigns within a variety of digital and physical marketing channels, supporting the growth of these accounts through cross-sell and upselling opportunities. Strategic Account Managers work closely with Ironmark’s implementation and production teams to align execution of our services with the client’s goals and our contractual obligations to the client.
