About The Position

The Stanley 1913 brand is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow our presence within the Mall channel of business. This role will lead the strategic relationship with these accounts, driving sales growth, optimizing assortment, and implementing merchandising strategies that expand Stanley 1913’s footprint across the channels. The ideal candidate is proactive and has strong experience leading large volume highly complex multi-channel Mall National retailers and understands the unique business needs and complexities within this channel. Previous experience at fashion/ lifestyle brands working with JD Sports, Nordstrom, and Dillard’s is required. This is a remote position ideally located in the Greater Chicago area or Central time zone, with travel about 30% of the time.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years relevant direct sales experience working for Consumer Goods brands
  • Strong knowledge of retail analytics; previous experience in buying, planning or key account sales is required
  • Previous experience working with high-capacity, sophisticated, multi-channel National retailers across Athletic Specialty and Department Stores is required
  • Highly collaborative

  • Positive attitude with a Consumer first approach
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Implementing the North American strategy and roadmap set by Commercial, Brand Partnership and Sales Leadership to grow the Stanley 1913 business within a channel
  • Achieving sales goals, margin targets, and sell through for the accounts across the channel
  • Proactively finding opportunities to improve brand presence, expand assortment, and drive sell through in stores and online
  • Partnering with leadership to explore and identify new opportunities within channel
  • Ensuring accurate and timely forecasting for accounts, and drive collaboration with Demand and Supply Planning teams
  • Working cross-functionally with Marketing and Consumer Experience teams to elevate the Stanley 1913 brand presence and activations in accounts both Brick/Mortar and online
