Founded in 1986, OnTrac has evolved into the leading provider of same-day and next-day delivery services in the U.S. for premier e-commerce and product-supply businesses, including five of the largest retailers in the U.S. This position may be performed remotely in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals. The Strategic Account Manager supports OnTrac’s largest existing customers by building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This is a long-cycle sales role focused on growing package volume through consultative engagement and operational support. The role works closely with the Director of Customer Success and internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction and drive strategic growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 6–10 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success
  • Mandarin speaking (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30–40%

Responsibilities

  • Drive volume growth by selling OnTrac’s solutions to existing strategic customers and securing long-term commitments.
  • Manage day-to-day account operations, ensuring service excellence and timely resolution of customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Customer Success on reporting, administrative tasks, and territory strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews and presentations that highlight performance and growth opportunities.
  • Represent OnTrac at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to strengthen relationships and brand presence.
  • Leverage internal tools and best practices to support account planning, performance tracking, and customer engagement.
