Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a strategic accounts manager, or similar.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales in a related industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of client relationship management approaches.
  • Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving and strong analytical abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new growth opportunities in emerging gaming markets.
  • Partner with Government Relations to support business development in new markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Commercialization, to establish pricing and product strategies for emerging gaming verticals.
  • Acquire insight into emerging markets and prospective clients’ demands to adapt the sales strategy for peak efficiency.
  • Analyze and share product and technical strategies used by competitors and complementary organizations in the market, and provide insights and recommendations to the business.
  • Participate in a joint company-strategic account planning process to develop performance objectives, financial targets, and critical achievements for a one and three-year period.
  • Recommend and implement Account Management strategies to ensure the highest level of customer happiness with key customer accounts.
  • Establish effective communication channels with customers and internal technical teams.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build partnerships and handle conversations at all business levels of a client organization from Executive to Technical Managers.
  • Quickly resolve problems by bringing to bear internal tools and teams to find solutions.
  • Build processes to mitigate repeat occurrences.
  • Proactively analyze data to optimize product performance.
  • Share key analytical findings with the Commercial team.
  • Prepare and lead sales forecasts and revenue reports.
