The Strategic Account Manager will work closely with the Enterprise Sales team to grow and manage enterprise level accounts. This role involves leading post-deal partner management, including driving sales planning, adoption of the Ethos offering, and managing growth. The individual will monitor and maintain account performance using data-driven metrics, cultivate strong relationships with key agents and influencers, and establish thought leadership to help build a trusted brand. This position requires a willingness to dive into the user experience and product road map, acting as the voice of the account partner to internal stakeholders. Expected travel is approximately 5 days per month.
