About The Position

Sprinklr is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to focus on their largest customers (Fortune 50). This role involves owning the overall relationship with top Sprinklr customers, expanding the Sprinklr offering, and becoming an extension of the customer’s team. The goal is to solve strategic problems and position Sprinklr as the Enterprise solution for Unified Customer Experience Management (CXM).

Requirements

  • Top 10% of sales performers in current company/division.
  • Track record of being one of the best.

  • Incredibly smart and nimble of mind.
  • Work ethic second to none.
  • Coachable.
  • 6+ years of sales experience.
  • At least 4 years selling software at the enterprise level, with experience in complex and enterprise-wide SaaS deals.
  • Successful in building relationships.
  • Ability to use relationships to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Desire and ability to embrace change in the Customer Experience revolution.
  • Understanding of how social media platforms can impact various functions of a large organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, negotiating, and closing big deals in a defined territory.
  • Working with CMOs, CTOs, COOs, CIOs, EVPs, and SVPs of major brands to build solutions.
  • Utilizing superior salesmanship to develop sales opportunities and identify decision-makers and influencers.
  • Listening, identifying, and understanding clients/prospective clients' needs and delivering to their expectations.
  • Building relationships with multiple stakeholders and influencing them positively.
  • Actively seeking out new sales leads and business opportunities through networking and business referrals.
  • Enhancing knowledge of the industry, market, and competitors to provide a sales edge.
  • Seeking feedback from leaders, peers, and clients to improve performance.
