Our Hive teams ‘swarm’ around our targets, always looking for a new way to compromise them. As a result, we provide security advice that reflects not only the technological controls and mitigating solutions but improvements that can be made from a training, process, and physical control perspective. The security market is inundated with vendors and service providers making promises of revolutionary defensive capabilities to thwart hackers. However, these offerings often fall short. Simultaneously, the offensive testing of companies remains lackluster, relying on outdated penetration testing methods that consistently miss vulnerabilities before malicious actors can exploit them. At CovertSwarm, we take a unique approach. We engage in continuous offensive testing against our clients' systems for a fixed monthly fee, staying one step ahead of real adversaries. We've redefined the conventional practices of penetration testing, Red Teaming, and Application Security Management (ASM) tools by offering an all-encompassing service. Our goal is to empower our clients to proactively identify and remediate critical vulnerabilities, ensuring their security is never compromised. The role CovertSwarm has grown incredibly (2 x every year) through organic and sales-led approaches. Having proven our model, we have recently taken investment to expand at an even faster rate. You will be supported by a global team of hackers and an aggressive marketing team helping us push into the market. Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Deliver against a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the US cybersecurity market and establish a strong presence.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, engage with key decision-makers to understand their offensive cybersecurity needs and work in a virtual team to land the deal.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, to help foster and grow a peer introduction network.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth for the company.
  • Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and CovertSwarm offerings and ‘Stories from the Swarm’, effectively communicating their value to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share market insights, and coordinate marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the executive team, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
