We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Strategic Account Director to be responsible for the continued growth of the ReachMD Life Sciences business. A critical function of this role is understanding our client’s business objectives and desired outcomes through engagement with HCPs via ReachMD. In doing so, acquire new customer accounts, grow business among existing customers and contribute to the overall strategic IQ of the ReachMD team.

Requirements

  • Have aminimum of5years’ experienceindigital healthcaresaleswith a strong emphasis on Commercial/Brand/Media, particularly seeking candidates with extensive experience in these areas.
  • Having experience selling into HCP agencies.
  • Possessa strongSales Huntermentality,with established and strong relationships across top HCP media buying agencies such as CMI, PHM, Havas, Klick, and others.
  • A demonstratedtrack recordof successful selling and territory growth.
  • Fluency in the language of our Life Sciences customers.
  • Demonstratecomfort andconfidenceleading client meetings.
  • Possessexceptionalwritten,verbal, and analyticalskills.
  • Understanding data and critical metrics that are important to clients.
  • Attention to detailandhave theability toprioritize.
  • Be flexible and independent while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to travelinthe USas needed.

Responsibilities

  • Becomingwell versed inyourclient’s therapeutic area(s),their business priorities and mappingHCP engagementstrategiesto these priorities.
  • Map your accounts toidentifymultiple stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Follow a sales solution cycle leading to proposal developmentand thencontract execution.
  • Cross-functional collaboration withReachMDcolleagues to ensure a WOW experience for our customers.
  • Actas the Voice of the Customer and provide feedback on trends, ideas,productsin the marketplace.
