Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions is looking for a Strategic Account Director to join their team in Grove City, OH! In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of high-value, strategic clients by developing long-term account plans, identifying new business opportunities within those accounts, designing and implementing improved process or operational policies, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maximize revenue generation and strengthen partnerships. The Strategic Account Director frequently works closely with cross-functional teams to recommend and deliver customized solutions aligned with client needs.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in managing large, complex accounts and exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment
  • Background in print and/or direct mail within the healthcare or insurance industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to develop comprehensive account plans
  • E xperience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Establish strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and proactively understanding their evolving business priorities
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, proactively proposing solutions and services that address client challenges and drive incremental revenue
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure seamless execution of account plans, delivering customized solutions and exceeding client expectations
  • Accurately forecast sales revenue from strategic accounts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to senior management on account status and progress
  • Oversee and manage a team of 5-7 Account Managers
