Ironwood Connection is seeking a Strategic Account Coordinator to serve as the operational extension of the Account Development Manager, transforming customer opportunities into organized action and ensuring every commitment moves seamlessly from initial customer engagement through successful project completion. This role is responsible for coordinating customer communications, quotations, proposals, project transitions, internal collaboration, and follow-up activities across the organization. Working closely with estimating, engineering, production, purchasing, scheduling, installation, and accounting teams, the Strategic Account Partner helps deliver an exceptional customer experience while allowing the Account Development Manager to focus on relationship development, customer engagement, and business growth.
