Requirements

  • Steady hands / dexterity under scope

  • Past experience under microscope w/fine details

Responsibilities

  • Perform bonding operations on small components
  • Perform back etching operations
  • Perform sorting (trim etch) operations
  • Perform fine wire shaping and forming operations
  • Perform grading operations
  • Perform gage matching operations
  • Perform wanding operations
  • Perform boxing of passed strain gages, individual and matched sets
  • Apply Lean principles for daily continuous improvements
