Midland Courier is currently seeking a Straight Truck Driver based in Ottawa, ON. Requirements

• Available to start as early as 7:00 a.m. and work until as late as 7:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Handle the loading and unloading of shipments
• Verify delivery accuracy
• Ensure all deliveries are completed in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain the vehicle in a safe and clean operating condition
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations

Benefits

• Competitive Hourly rates $52.31
• Excess KM Supplement $0.25/km - over 161 total kms/day on normal delivery route
• Fuel purchased at authorized by the Company fuel stops will be charged to the Owner Operator at a rate of $0.408 on gasoline or diesel
• Uniform Allowance of $500 per unit, per year
• $200 safety bonus per quarter if qualified
• Ongoing training and advancement possibilities
