About The Position

This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you will ensure our team members have the resources to provide our guests with memorable moments at Durango. This role requires you to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury.

Requirements

• Must be naturally kind, inclusive, forward-thinking, reliable, passionate, and self-aware.
• Ability to obtain all necessary work cards

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of detergents, chemicals, sanitation techniques and ware-washing procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push 150 to 250 lbs on a pushcart, and enter walk-ins of -10 degrees to 140 degrees with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assembling and disassembling equipment and cleaning it.
• Ensuring that all caution/safety markers are displayed properly.
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards in accordance with department polices and the Department of Health.
