About The Position

The Stormwater Technician will perform construction stormwater inspections in the Central Tennessee and North Alabama regional areas. This role requires a self-directed individual with a strong technical understanding of general site development and construction methodologies, who is also willing and able to work outdoors. The technician will be responsible for identifying properly installed Best Management Practices (BMPs) and communicating any maintenance or modification needs verbally and in writing. Attention to detail is crucial for noting site conditions and issues during inspections. The role also involves using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety equipment, completing inspections within time constraints, and inputting inspection data via phone or tablet on-site. Additional tasks and duties may be assigned. Leadership and promotion of company vision, mission, and quality standards are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong technical understanding of general site development and construction methodologies.
  • Ability to work outside.
  • Detail oriented with inspections noting site conditions/issues.
  • Capable of completing inspection within permit and/or client directed time constraints.
  • Ability to input inspections from a phone or tablet while on site.
  • Must be able to perform construction stormwater inspections in the Central Tennessee and North Alabama regional areas.

  • Experience in stormwater inspection services.

Responsibilities

  • Perform construction stormwater inspections in the Central Tennessee and North Alabama regional areas.
