About The Position
Path Light Pro is seeking a full-time Stormwater Erosion Inspector to provide stormwater, erosion, and safety compliance services for the construction industry. The role is entry level, with all training conducted in-house and no previous inspection experience required. It offers independent outdoor work, travel opportunities, and a team environment grounded in trust, integrity, professionalism, and excellence. The inspector evaluates construction sites, documents findings in electronic systems and onsite Stormwater or Safety log books, and communicates stormwater and safety issues to client personnel. The role also involves maintaining positive client relationships, communicating professionally with the immediate supervisor and clients, and developing solutions to construction stormwater and safety management challenges.
Requirements
- No previous inspection experience is required; general construction knowledge is a plus.
- Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to walk up and down inclines and on uneven ground.
- Must have dependable transportation.
- Hard-working, teachable personality.
- Positive team player.
- Must be able to travel and work at remote sites.
- Must have full range of mobility in the upper and lower body and be able to reach overhead.
- Must be able to walk, stoop, stand, bend, sit, kneel, and squat for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently throughout the workday if necessary.

Responsibilities
- Conduct construction site evaluations for stormwater, erosion, and safety.
- Maintain positive working relationships with clients.
- Complete site evaluation documentation in electronic systems and onsite Stormwater or Safety log books.
- Communicate construction stormwater and safety issues to client onsite personnel.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with the immediate supervisor and clients to support efficient operations.
