About The Position

Apex Companies is seeking a Stormwater Construction Foreman (Heavy Equipment/Concrete) to play a key role in leading stormwater infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in stormwater utilities, water/wastewater, industrial, or commercial site construction. This role involves constructing and repairing critical stormwater infrastructure, operating advanced construction equipment, and traveling during the week to various project locations. The position emphasizes safety, project success, and contributing to resilient communities.

Requirements

5-7 years of underground wet utility construction experience is required.
Prior experience with repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing, underground piping, and detention/retention basins is required.
Ability to operate heavy equipment (Skid Loader, Mini-Excavator, etc.)
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and staff.
Ability to do frequent out-of-town regional travel (85% or more travel required)
Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.
Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and a reliable method of transportation.
Able to perform manual labor, lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and under inclement weather conditions.
