We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and a proven system designed to help you develop the skills you need to succeed. Our comprehensive 90-day paid training program in Dallas, Texas, covers our proven sales process, project-management systems, customer-experience standards, and storm-restoration fundamentals. The goal is to provide a foundation for a long-term career, not just teach sales skills.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Pickup truck, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Ability to successfully complete the required 90-day paid training program
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected communities
• Conduct exterior property and roof inspections
• Educate homeowners about storm restoration and the insurance process
• Guide customers through their restoration projects from start to finish
• Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects stay on track
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout every project
