Requirements

Proven experience in storm restoration estimating
Strong knowledge of roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and exterior systems
Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Proficiency in Xactimate

Responsibilities

Inspect residential and commercial properties affected by storm damage.
Identify issues with roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and other exterior components.
Document findings.
Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or similar software.
Work directly with homeowners to explain next steps.
Coordinate with insurance adjusters throughout the claims process.
Ensure every job meets company quality standards and local building codes.
Maintain clear, professional communication at every step.
