About The Position

Fondomonte Arizona is currently recruiting for a Stores Supervisor to join our Fondomonte Team! Fondomonte is a vertically integrated farming operation that includes growing, harvesting and exporting of forage products. The Stores Supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, supervising, directing, and developing staff in the department. This position also oversees operations to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule. Responsibilities

  • Supervise Stores staff and always ensure adequate coverage.
  • Communicate regularly with the business to ensure statuses of orders are known.
  • Control physical storage to achieve warehouse optimization.
  • Train or organize training for warehouse employees.
  • Ensure adequate equipment is available for efficient running of facility.
  • Review stock on hand to ensure stock availability to ensure smooth running of operations.
  • Ensure accurate entry of data into SAP system and monitor via available reports.
  • Minimize where possible the use of manual purchase orders.
  • Inform SAP team of any problems or failures.
  • Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in line with company requirements.
  • Monitor’s delivery status on all orders
  • Ad-Hoc project work as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
